As the 2025-2026 season approaches, we have thrilling changes in store that will elevate your experience and offer even more chances to compete and win! With the launch of monthly memberships and Super Opens, we are set to make this season the best one yet.

Monthly Memberships: A New Way to Pay

Starting this season, we will introduce monthly memberships charged every month. This membership allows you to participate in all Tour Series events (excluding Invitationals) and gain entry into all CTPS. There will no longer be a time where someone puts it to 5ft only to realize they didn't send money for the challenge. It happened multiple times this season and is always hard to break the news. Additionally, you will have access to our new Monthly Super Opens, expanding your opportunities to compete and win in a flexible fashion.

With the monthly membership, you can enjoy the freedom of playing at your own pace while being part of an engaging community of players. Whether you're a skilled player or new to the game, this membership accommodates all levels.

Super Opens: How They Work

Super Opens are an exciting addition to our competitive structure. These monthly competitions fall outside the Tour Series but still offer cash and points, albeit at a reduced rate. They give members an added chance to win each month, creating an enthusiastic opportunity for all. This is the most flexible tournament we have, play any day or time during the month with a partner for a chance to win.

1. When and Where Can I Play?

Super Opens will take place throughout the entire month, allowing plenty of time for participation. You can play at any one of four designated courses, all chosen for their consistent level of difficulty. This way, everyone competes fairly, ensuring a level playing field even if playing at a different course. We have four courses based on our current members location. Check with us to see if your home course can be added.

2. How Many Rounds Can I Play?

In Super Opens, you are allowed to play just one round per event. Your first official round counts—there are no retries. This encourages players to put their best effort forward, even during tough rounds.

3. Partner Requirement

Score validation in Super Opens requires you to play alongside a partner. Solo rounds are not accepted for these events. This rule adds a layer of accountability and encourages camaraderie among players. Think of it as having a cheering section; share the challenges and triumphs on the course with a partner!

4. How Are Winners Decided?

Winning in the Super Opens relies on a flighted leaderboard based on handicaps, dividing players into Top Dogs and Bottom Barrels. The lowest net score in each flight earns the purse. Unlike Tour Series events, only one winner per flight receives a prize, creating an intensely competitive atmosphere. Top Dogs will play from one back of the Bottom Barrels. The Seniors will play from Bottom Barrels tees no matter the flight.

5. What About Cash & Points?

Though Super Opens award cash and points, both are at a lower rate compared to Tour Series events. The Tour Series remains the backbone of the SIG Tour, while Super Opens provide additional opportunities for members to demonstrate their skills and earn some rewards if they are unable to make the Tour Series events.
